Today turns out to be younger sibling lurking in the shadows day (First Ray-J) and now Solange speaks on her marriage and a few other things in a new interview with Essence.com:
ESSENCE.com: As you know there’s a lot of mystery surrounding your relationship with your husband, Daniel Smith, so let’s just go ahead and get that out of the way. Are you still married?
Solange Knowles: Well, I am no longer married, but I think it’s very important not to dish details. We are friends and we coparent our son. When he gets older I don’t want him to read anything about me saying anything about his father or vice versa. When there’s a child involved I think the less information given is best.
ESSENCE.com: Let’s address some of the rumors out there. Apparently, folks believe you left your husband for Lil Wayne. Is that true?
S.K.: (Laughs) That’s absolutely not true. Yes, we know each other but I absolutely did not leave my husband for him.
ESSENCE.com: There’s also been some buzz that you had cosmetic surgery—a nose job.
S.K.: (Laughs) Not true. I’ve heard that one, too. That one actually cracked me up. I mean if I got some surgery, I would wait until I’m older and pop out a couple more kids.
ESSENCE.com: So even if you had had cosmetic surgery, you wouldn’t be ashamed to admit it?
S.K.: No.
ESSENCE.com: What’s the craziest rumor you’ve heard about yourself?
S.K.: I think the craziest rumor was that my dad paid my son’s father $1 million to marry me. That was everywhere at one time, and that was really funny. I always joke that I wish we had it like that: “Here, take a million dollars, marry her…”

I found it distrubing that a 13 year old went w/ a dude in High school even if he was only in the 9th Grade. A 9th grader and a 5/6th grader and that is exactly why she ended up pregnant at 17!

When you are 13, you’re in 8th grade. You’re 14 in 9th grade, so Lost One, that’s not bad. And, if she’s not popping kids out of her nose, that has nothing to do with waiting to have work done. And if she did, so what. She’s smart enough not to give too many details.
Looking at her family pictures, I am starting to think that they all have had nose jobs. They kind of remind me of the Jackson family. But at least they admitted to having them done, so it took out all of the mystery. The Knowles clan will lie about anything. If you a somewhat famous and get pregnant underage, then you have a quicky marriage and divorce and then obvious cosmetic surgery then you can’t blame the public for being curious.

She GOt pregant at 17 in feb. of 2004 and turned 18 that june of 2004 so she it doesn’t matter when she got pregent because like 4 months later she was legal and turned 18 and in october had the baby and beside shes a ARTIST so what does her having a baby have to do with her singin writing songs and making movies?????????? Can you answer that for me.. But any way you think about it its none of your business…And you cant judge her for that, and thats not being “curious” thats being ignorant..
