Yo dawg, Xzibit didn’t pay all his taxes in 2011 … so the federal government issued him a tax lien … TMZ has learned.

According to a lien filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office, the former “Pimp My Ride” host still owes Uncle Sam back taxes for the year 2011 to the tune of $130,696.65.
But Xzibit is no stranger to tax problems — he has reportedly filed for bankruptcy twice since 2009 and ran up a tax bill of nearly one million dollars.

Can we get this guy some rides to pimp?
