Florida Man Who Impregnated Charged With Sexual Battery

A 39-year-old Clearwater man was arrested after it was determined that he fathered an 12-year-old girl’s unborn child.
Officials say Cesar Ernest Alcivar had several sexual interactions with the girl within the last past year, beginning when she was 11-years-old.
The victim recently complained about stomach pains and her mother took her to the hospital.
When she was examined by a doctor, it was determined the girl was pregnant.
The hospital contacted Clearwater Police. After conducting an investigation, police arrested Alcivar and charged him with Capital Sexual Battery based on the age of the victim at the time of the offense.
