Strahan and his Hollywood Exes fiancée Nicole Murphy aren’t cryin’ over this sale. Even if he did ‘lose’ $150k in the deal.
Strahan JUST sold his swanky 2,560-square-foot Hermosa Beach condo for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.85 mil. He originally paid $2,050,000 for the place.
BUUUUUT … Strahan bought the condo in 2005 … at the height of the ridiculously over-inflated real estate market … so to only take a $150k hit is pretty damn good.
As for the property … it’s awesome — 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, an elevator and it’s less than one block from the Pacific Ocean — which is by far one of the top 5 oceans.
Strahan has been busy on the real estate market this year … he recently unloaded his OTHER crib in Hermosa Beach for $3 mil — and then he and his hot fiancée bought a giant Bel Air estate for $7.9 mil.It’s good to be Michael.
