A whole lot was poppin’ out West Tuesday. Kelly Rowland was snapped by the paps outside Mr. Chow where she and fellow Destiny’s Child member Michelle Williams were spotted celebrating a friend’s birthday.
Chell was reppin’ for her Chicago Bears. She still looks like she could eat a full meal of circus animals (elephant included) and not gain an ounce.
