For The Stans: Camel And King Bey Skipped Out On Storm Suffering To Enjoy Halloween Bash With Leo DiCaprio And Russell Crowe

Jay-Z and Beyonce leave dinner in NYC. Jay-Z and Beyonce left dinner at Giorgio Ristorante in NYC's Battery Park neighborhood. The couple enjoyed sitting outside the deck while watching the sunset, before moving in doors to enjoy dinner.

While the rest of the “peasants” in NYC were suffering without heat and electricity Hov and BeyBey were over at Cipriani’s getting it poppin’!

Via Daily Mail reports:

While most New Yorkers struggle to get on with life after Hurricane Sandy, the stars are showing us truly how the other half lives.

After checking into a fleet of top hotels to escape Lower Manhattan’s power shortage, the in-crowd, from Jay-Z and Beyoncé, to Leonardo DiCaprio joined forces for a mammoth Halloween bash.

With Dita Von Teese on hand to liven things up, the stars partied at Cipriani on 42nd street on Wednesday night.

The party was meant to be held at Cipriani Downtown, but was moved uptown after Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the Big Apple.

Rap king Jay-Z, 42, and wife Beyoncé, 31, enjoyed themselves as Russell Crowe – who is holed up at The Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side soaked up all the action.

Crowe, 48, tweeted: ‘Leo, jay Z, Beyoncé, Jonah, Dita, what a room, Cipriani 42nd St, amazing space, explodes on Halloween.’

Jay Z and Beyoncé are just two celebs who have been forced out of their homes.

They own a $6.85 million penthouse in Tribeca – which was left totally without power.

And after being last seen having lunch in New York last week, the high-profile couple left their hip home and took their 10-month-old daughter Blue Ivy uptown. They are believed to own another home in the city.

Literally THOUSANDS of people had no power while the Knowles-Carters were out getting it poppington.

Do you think it was tacky for hip-hop’s royal couple to be out and about rubbing shoulders with other celebs during a time when so many people were suffering? Or are folks making a big deal out of nothing?
