Oh yeah, and regardless of whether of you like Steve or Katt better, Katt loses because Katt cares too much.

It’s like a Nas/Jay-Z battle….in the end, while Nas’s flow might’ve been better on Either, Jay-Z wasn’t invested like that.

The person who isn’t invested as much is the person who wins.

Steve doesn’t have anything to prove at this point, and they are like apples and oranges.

They appeal to different audiences and age groups.

And as Nina Knows said, I don’t think the point of the “Original Kings of Comedy” title was to be taken that literally, so people need to stop hatin’ and being so serious, and get a sense of perspective.

It’s a title and nothing more. Obviously, any respectable comic knows he/she needs to pay homage and respect to those that came before him/her, and I believe all those comics know and believe that.

I’m definitely with you on everything you just said.

You said the smartest thing out of everyone here.

Why the heck are black people in entertainment even competing like that?

And no one here can personally comment on anything about the Steve Harvey/Bernie Mac relationship because NONE of ya’ll were there to speak on it!!

How can anyone here talk about something they know nothing about.

Part of the problem with black people is that we are own worst enemy and continue to put each other down in the public eye for everyone to speculate on bullsh*t they know nothing about.

steve need new material…SERIOUSLY! And that whole “I don’t know him” routine is old. Katt Williams is the #2 grossing standup comic in the country. Steve ain’t never been able to pack no house successfully and never could tour solo…sorry folks but it is what it is….

They are both good comics. But Steve Harvey paid his dues in the come-up. Katt kind of bursted out on the scene with his “Money Mike” character. I don’t understand the beef. Do you hear Dane Cook trying to battle Jerry Seinfeld?. It’s us who have to make everything a battle of the fittest. Honestly, Katt need some more notches on his belt. If Steve totally ignored him its understandable. Game respect game. You learn from those who been where you going. They come from two totally different perspectives. But both in the end will be great comedians. From a street point of view, This crap shouldn’t have gotten this far……
