What in the world will the american public have to forgive Usher for in the first place? Who he marries is his business. He doesn’t owe us anything. If his marriage falls apart tomorrow. He doesn’t owe us a thing. That’s his business. His purpose is to make music we’re satisfied w/and are happy to pay for. We’re not paying for him to live his life according to OUR standards or to get permission to make a life decision from us.

People Kill me. I wish we were this passionate about coming down on hoodrat babies mama’s who pop out babies for welfare checks, shiftless hood kids and gun toters who run around shunning education and terrorizing communities…or pathetic brothers crying foul just because they’re black and use that as their pass to be shiftless. Furthermore, Usher’s fan base is bigger than black america. I think Michael Jackson (yeah, Michael is done now, but he lasted far beyond the shunning glares and pointing fingers of american disapprovers (there, there’s a word besides haters for you) and proved American disproval isn’t the end of an artists stardom, as have boyz II men and other so-called “played out” artists, all who over seas enjoying royalties! We are some self-centered people. We think we’re single handedly responsible for the rise and fall of everything and everyone! Get over yourselves! The only thing we ever uniformally runined was our image in the eyes of the world at large as a cultural group. How bout if we focus on that rather waiting for this relationship to go to pieces so we can gossip about it…
