Josh Hartnett, 29, was spotted locking lips with the “Umbrella” singer, 19, last night at NYC club Pink Elephant. The couple — who lunched about three weeks ago in L.A. — met up after her Thursday night concert at the Nokia Theatre in Times Square.
The duo, who were sipping Dom Perignon and Pink vodka throughout the night, “didn’t come together, but left together.”

It has to be said, some of these white boys are sexxy as hell lately and they have a lot of that allure that women are drawn to. I think Black men are the finest, but I see why Halle, Rihanna, Tyra and some others may want to expand their options. If you watch some of the good ol white boys, they are really doing the demure kind of sexy- but I’m laid back- dressed to kill- w/out effort kinda thing. To me, there’s something about a man who’s style is attractive but not obvious. I am tired of the matching sneakers and shirt or coordinating jewels from earring to toe-ring or the flamboyant suits and matching shoes… I love when Bradd throws on a wool hat and some rugged jeans, or when Ryanne Phillipe puts on a fitted tee and some slacks like he didnt know he was looking sexxy. Ryan Gosling,Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Ethan Hawke, Giovanni Ribisi, Hugh Jackman and for some reason Sean Penn all do it for me BIG TIME!! These are naturally sexxy men and theres nothing wrong with getting in on that action- not b/c they’re white but b/c they’re hott!! Same way they oggle over us when we are hott. And I aint saying they all can get it, corny a$$ Ben Afflek and Vince Vaugh, Ben Stiller, Sandler and some of them goofballs couldnt buy sexxy, but the others do it well. Whether Rihanna has a longterm w/ this dude or just takes an opportunity to get to know someone really interesting and fun, I say do it!! And to you all, do it!! You never know, your ideal man may not be what you expected and you may just be settling if you dont explore and open up. Black men, esp. in hollywood, have NO reservations hitting a white chic and more likely will marry in to that situation- so we need to be looking to defect if necessary too. Besides there’s not enough Black men for the all Black women in the world, so some of us will have to sacrifice and I will CERTAINLY take one for the team!!

I’ve noticed that, too, even though the phenomenon runs counter to my experience. Being married to someone white has increased my understanding of and sense of kinship with other b/w interracial couples, regardless of which partner is black. I can’t count how many times other IR couples have exchanged a friendly nod with my husband and me as a quick, spontaneous expression of support.

you’re wrong about that. there are more black men in IR’s than black women, way more. Oh and add Harold Ford to the list. My boyfriend is a British born Nigerian/Jamaican and I couldn’t be happier. I love him to death and I wouldn’t want it any other way. We both are very much alike and that’s how we get along so well.
Our relationship is indeed proof that the “there are no good black men” mantra is nothing but an example of the intraracial problems amongst blacks. We are no longer enslaved physically, but we our mindsets are still slave-like.
You’re in for a suprise if you seriously think white boys will solve your self-hatred problems. Take it from a woman who’s actually dated white guys. One was a gay queen who I caught dancing in front of his mirror with nothing but stockings and high heels. And the other had a black wife and two biracial sons in Florida that he failed to mention to me for the 6 months we were dating. Any other white guys I have talked to only wanted to know what it ‘feels like to be with a black woman’. At the same time, my cousin is married to a German guy who’s the epitome of a ‘good man’ so this shows white men are as diverse as black men – some are good and some are fucked up.
Furtheremore, I volunteered as a photographer at the largest gay center in Manhattan (The GBLT in the West Village to be exact), and the amount of white men who go there is astonishing. Many of them are married, and they never allow me to photograph them for obvious reasons. I often photographed the “bear”(hairy men) parties and half of the men who attend have wives. And the gay clubs in New York (I go with my gay friend some times) are packed with “straight” white men – and most of them are either married or involved with women. They dance and grind with other men and blow each other in the restrooms like it’s nothing. So to have it in your minds that only black men are on the “dl” is to deem yourselves ignorant with what’s going on in this world. I can think of two guy friends of mine, both white, who are married with children but get blown by other men every once in a while. This undercover homo thing is prevalent in all ethnicities, and you better believe that.
Praising black women for dating nonblack men is stupid and shows that a lot of black women have insecurity issues. If you fall in love with a person, that’s one thing, but to actively seek a certain type to satisfy your own self-hatred, will only further divide us as black people. The bottom line is you can’t run away from your skin, therefore many of you will just die miserable fucks.

This is about the type of people that Rihanna meets in the ‘entertainment industry.’ Rihanna has probably met a lot of rappers, bastketball players, and other black actors. However, a lot of rappers out there have 10 baby mamas and don’t know how to treat a woman. As for basketball players, again, a lot of those men sleep around and cheat on their wives or girlfriends.
