On the 24th of this month while both families were vacationing together, Lance popped the question to the beautiful Eva, and they dished to Essence.com:
“I was in a complete state of shock!” the 24-year-old Los Angeles native tells ESSENCE. “I cried. It was totally unexpected. I’m still in shock. I could not even sleep because I was afraid that I might wake up from the most beautiful dream ever.”
“Eva’s mouth went from closed to on the floor!” jokes Gross, 27, a Howard University alum. “She asked, ‘Baby, is this real? Baby, are you playing with me?’ Then she said, ‘Forever and always: Yes, Yes, Yes!’ And jumped up and hugged me, crying, and then she did her happy dance!”
The happy Hollyweird couple is doing the damn thing, and we are not mad at them.

Yeah, you know it. I’ve been meaning to look into the AAU track program but it all depends on how much interest she show in it. To be honest I think she is more exited about Pway HS having a debate team than anything. They have an excellent sports program all around but I don’t want to force athletics on her…..being alone raising her I don’t want her to think that the only way to impress dad is on the court. Shes highly intelligent (stays on the honor roll) so if the academics are on point, I have no complaints. Scholarships are always good…tuition is hard enough with private school…thus she is going to Pway next school year. Main reason I moved here from Plfd……no way I was sending her there for HS.

Yeah, newark is making a comeback. they about to clean the p*****aic river over there by PAC…i heard the same developers that did the baltimore harbor are going to hook up the area in a similar fashion… a lot of restaraunts, shops and all. i hope that happens. thing is, its like they are forgetting the people that live there while they are trying to cater to people that don’t. i got family that live right off of hawthorne ave and i damn sure can’t say it got any better.

there is a BIG difference in the NOI and Islam….but I don’t think they allow multiple wives. I know that its not the norm but wasn’t it written in The Holy Qur’an as acceptable….but written during the crusades as a way of self preservation because of all the men lost to battle? Just wondering if my understanding is correct.
