It looks like things are falling apart for Blagojevich faster than a speeding bullet:

The Blagojevich administration’s top lawyer, William J. Quinlan, resigned today — the same day that the governor announced he’s decided to fill President-elect Barack Obama’s U.S. Senate seat.

“Today, I have decided to resign my position as General Counsel and return to private practice,” Quinlan wrote in a memo to his staff.

You know you’re in a big pile of sh*t when your legal team starts to disband. Hell, those guys would defend Lucifer, himself, for the right price.

    Just recently Quinlan had a press conference with another member of Blago’s legal team. I remember looking at Quinlan and foreseeing this move. He was so flustered that he could barely respond to the reporters tough questions. His face said “yeah, I’d like to know the answer to that myself!” You could see his wheels turning the whole time. I would definitely hire Quinlan as my attorney because you can tell he believes in true justice and he won’t sell his soul for a few shekels.

I GOTA GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR TRYNA FIGHT MAYBE A LOSING BATTLE, BUT WHAT PUZZLES ME IS WHY DON’T THEY MAKE PUBLIC HIS ACTUAL VOICE ON THE TAPES TO VERIFY WHAT THEY HAVE SAID IS TRUE, CAUSE THIS GUY IS REALLLLLY ACTING INNOCENT???? EITHER HE IS INNOCENT AND BEEN SET UP, OR HE KNEW HE WAS BEING TAPED AND SAID THOSE THINGS TO CAUSE SKEPTICISM FOR OBAMA’S STAFF OR HE JUST PLAIN CRAZY????????
