YES THEY DO. THEY ALSO WEAR LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS WITH SWEATERS TIED AROUND THEIR NECKS. AT THE SAME TIME. I GREW UP IN ORLANDO LEAVING TO GO TO GRAD SCHOOL IN MARYLAND AND I NOW LIVE IN DC. I WAS THERE FOR WEEKEND AFTER CHRISTMAS AND I WAS SWEATING. BUT SOME OF THEM FOOLS WERE WEARING LONG SLEEVE STUFF IN 75 DEGREE WEATHER. THAS COLD FOR THEM.
