In 2002, Chester Turner agreed to a plea deal in a rape involving a Skid Row womam that got him 8 years in prison in exchange for a sample of his DNA. That DNA linked him to the murders of 10 women and one of the women’s unborn child in South Los Angeles between 1987 and 1998.
