To answer the question about KLS’ fat neck…When you’ve had multiple lipo suctions & you continue to eat like a pig the fat will come back & because it can no longer be deposited in your “usual fat pockets” it has to go somewhere

Like for me all the women in my fam are a bit hippy no matter how much weight we lose the hips are going to be there if I had lipo & gained weight after my fat will no longer go to my hips it might shift to my stomach if I go get lipo on my stomach then the fat will be placed to my arms if I get lipo on my arms it’ll just go to my legs & so on & on & on at some point if I cont. to get all areas of my body lipoed the fat will be forced to go somewhere….In KLS’ case it’s her neck!!!

As a mother you would think that protecting your children from the media would be something that Kimora and Russell would do.
