Right before the New Years party in Vegas and a rendezvous with her running-back Reggie Bush, Kim K., needed to see a doctor and get a shot in her cakes:
A spy tells us Kim K. took one in the butt — a shot of antibiotics, that is — because she came down with strep throat last week and was in danger of missing her NYE hosting gig at a Vegas nightclub. A doctor showed up to her suite NYE morning and gave her the antibiotics. Kim’s ass proved to be magic again — the shot worked and she made it to the gig. Disaster averted.
