Deion Sanders Puts His $4.8 Million Dallas Penthouse On The Market For Sale

Leave it to one of the flashiest two-way sports stars of all time to have one of the flashiest penthouse apartments in downtown Dallas,TX. After a brief hiatus off the market, former NFL cornerback and MLB outfielder Deion Sanders has re-listed his luxury residence at The Azure. ‘Neon Deion’ had asked for as much as $7.5 million for the high-rise digs back in early 2010. This time around, however, the Pro Football Hall of Famer has priced the plush penthouse to move, and quickly, at just $4.8 million.

One of the most coveted units at The Azure thanks to its private amenities (we’ll get to those in a second) and sprawling skyline views, Sanders’ residence features a flowing 5,081 square feet with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. A grand foyer lined in black marble, gourmet kitchen and vaulted two-story living room highlight the penthouse apartment’s finer interior features, while building amenities at The Azure range from 24/7 concierge and valet services to a fitness center to a 17-seat movie theater. However, the real appeal is without a doubt Prime Time’s private pool. Accessible via a private elevator, Sanders’ residence includes access to a private rooftop patio complete with the aforementioned pool, wet bar, outdoor fireplace and an array of cabanas.

Wonder if Pilar has ever been here before?

Anywho, hit the flip to see more of the house that Deion built!
