President Obama Speaks At Delta Sigma Theta Centennial Closing Gala

The divine nine ladies of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. took over the nation’s capital this past weekend in honor of their centennial celebration.

After a week full of sisterhood, service and slizzard nights, the honorees got an unexpected surprise during their final closing gala when none other than President Barack Obama personally addressed the crowd full of all red everything as the speaker for the evening:

And to officially commemorate the occasion, the POTUS lit the White House up “red light special” style for the night. Congrats to the ladies of DST.
