Ziggy Marley Buys $1.1 Million L.A. Duplex

According to TMZ reports:

“Shahs of Sunset” real estate guru Reza Farahan is a bona fide expert on living the high life … so when Ziggy Marley — Bob Marley’s son — wanted to snag a primo joint in L.A. … he knew exactly where to turn.

That’s right … with Reza’s help, the Reggae singer scored a brand new crib for $1.1 million!!!

FYI — Reza’s a real estate agent in real life … in case that wasn’t clear.

We’re told Ziggy bought the 2,613-square-foot house as an investment property. It’s actually two pads attached together — a duplex — each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

It’s a pretty rare find … the place dates back to the 1920′s and hasn’t been on the market in over 4 decades. Plus, it’s rocking hardwood floors, granite counters, updated cabinetry and a giant backyard.
