the parents should be charged, and the 4 year old needs a big asswhooping. dumb trailer park trash.i can already see this kid growing up to be a vicious murderer. why can’t people see this obvious hint before he gets older. people are so clueless until it’s too late. the police could do something like take the boy off the parent’s hands and get him some help.smh when he gets older.
