You have to be disciplined no one can do it for you. Her chef is paid and told what to cook by her. She does not get my sympathy any longer. She has struggled with her weight for years and knows how to keep it off through exercise and diet. She stopped exercising as well. She knows the pounds would pile on with no exercise and eating whatever she wanted like she said. Why wait until you gain 40 pounds to do something about it. after 5 pounds she should of been back in the gym. She just kept eating adidn’t give a damn.

I am not rich But I manage to maintain my weight at 123 pounds by watching my calorie intake and exercise. It is hard but I’m not foolish enough dine on whatever my taste buds crave and abandon my workout. I know what the results will bring. Rolls and excess fat that I don’t need.
