Selena Gomez Performs ‘Cry Me A River’ After Justin Bieber Break Up
Young Hollyweirder Selena Gomez is done keeping quiet about her ex-Bieber boo and his dirty-dog ways during their recently ended relationship.
Selena hit the stage for a UNICEF charity concert over the weekend in NYC and took the opportunity to subliminally put the Biebs on blizzy blast by performing Justin Timberlake’s infamous break up song (which JT directed at Britney Spears when they broke up) “Cry Me A River.
Is Selena Gomez sending ex Justin Bieber a message?
The 20-year-old newly single singer decided to sing Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River” at the third annual UNICEF charity concert in New York City Saturday night, telling the crowd the song spoke to her, along with other numerous breakup tunes.
Selena reportedly told the crowd before beginning her acoustic version of Timberlake’s breakup anthem:
“I’ve been through a lot the past few months. It’s been weird and sad and cool,” adding, “This song definitely speaks to me.”
But Gomez’s performance wasn’t an original one. In fact, Bieber did his own rendition of “Cry Me a River” back in November after their first split.
Guess now we know just why Selena and her caliente mini-cakes kicked the Biebs to the curb!
