President Lindberg, “The Fifth Element”
In the 23rd century, “Debo” is President (of Earth) and “Smoky” is a glittery combination of Little Richard and Lady Gaga. More entertaining than terrible, “The Fifth Element” is easily the best/worst Sci-Fi movie ever.
