Henson was amazing in the movie, CCBB. I predict she will win “Best Actress in an Supporting Role” for the Golden Globes, People’s Choice and the Academy Awards. However, our black actresses need more varied roles. I know Hollywood only writes what they know, but c’mon Hollywood, get out there and get to know some other types of people!

OK, I love Death Proof, lol. And I love it when Rosario and her crew go after the bad guy — The sista who drove the car (I forgot her name) was hilarious. She had some great one-liners.
Oh, and the second season of Damages premieres tonight.

Oh, the sister’s name in Death Proof is Tracie Thoms (She played Kim) — Her character was great.

You liked Dusk ‘Til Dawn? I thought it was a bit too violent for my taste, but Clooney was entertaining. I also like Juliette Lewis.
I think my favorite Tarantino flick is Pulp Fiction, followed closely by Kill Bill.
OK, Damages is the series starring Glenn Close as a ruthless lawyer, and she was phenomenal, IMHO, in the first season. They’re adding more star power to this season (Marcia Gay Harden has joined the cast).

LOL, I did sit through Dusk ‘Til Dawn — The first hour was OK, but the last hour was just an unrelenting slaughter.
Samuel L. Jackson clenched Pulp Fiction for me — I loved him in that role.
As for Kill Bill, Death Proof, Terminator 2, etc., etc., I just like films in which women kick major (blank), lol.

This a federal city and Brothas and Sistas got a little dough,working for the gubment, so I’m keeping my eye on her. From what I’ve seen of her lately though, I like. Its a pretty conservative style,but she is a woman, not a gurl and she carries herself as such.
