He probably has government aid while living in those projects and getting over on the system. While he is getting his rent paid for free and spending his money on $5000 pair of gators, there are numerous families with low income waiting to get into a subsidized apartment.

Katt needed the taste slapped out of his mouth in addition to getting his block knocked off. He has been extra vocal, attacking other people in public with mean comments.

That man did not have money while residing in the projects. He probably took his whole income tax check and spent it on those gators. If he had any sense he would of took that money, and saved it towards a down payment on a house in a better neighborhood.

People like that will always be stuck in the same situation, because they don’t want any better out of life.
