Since splitting with Selena Gomez Justin Bieber has been under fire for all kinds of strange behavior!

Newly single Justin Bieber busted a surprise move on a smiling fan during a post-concert meet and greet in Miami.

The photo of the pop star groping the groupie last week was posted on Bieber’s official fan site — and then quickly removed.

Both reps for Bieber, struggling to keep his squeaky-clean image after he was snapped shirtless in Miami, and the fan denied he’d copped a feel.

“IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN’S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE,” the girl in the photo posted on Twitter, where she goes by Jocelyn. “. . . he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there.”

The Biebs, 18, made a vague reference to the controversy on Twitter yesterday.

“alot of bs has been out there lately . . . seems like it never stops. answering for myself thru music,” he tweeted. “to everyone around the world. thanks for believing. I AM GRATEFUL.”

This really seems blown out of proportion. Maybe he copped a lil feel, so what? Homegirl clearly ain’t bothered.
