Chris Brown Says He Will Quit Social Media
Following his fade with Frank Ocean, Chris Brown took to Instagram to post a painting comparing himself to Jesus. As expected, a tsunami of backlash ensued, Breezy buckled under the pressure, and decided that the social network scene is no place for a superstar pop legend like himself:
“I would like to thank all my wonderful fans for letting me express my talents/art for you all.”
“But social media takes away the essence of why we are even special or icons. So with that, I’m detaching myself from that world.”
“Elevate yourself above the negative and if it doesn’t work move on! I respect myself enough as well as my fans to wanna be great!”
Ninja please. Get yo’ ego-maniacal, gay-bashing, fade-catching azz outta here!
Chris says he wants to detach himself from social media but his Twitter page is still up and active. We’re sure it won’t be long before he has a change of heart with Instagram too. SMH
