That video will not work without diet and doing at least 45min to an hour of cardio. All she is doing is showing you how to work your core. You will not see any results without diet and some form of cardio at least 4 times a week to get that weight off. And your favorite foods? Forget it, the sweetest shyt you about to taste is fruit, no beef, nothing fried, no pasta, no rice, nothing white (ice cream, ranch dressing, white bread) A life of salads and grilled chicken and fish. Sorry but you gots to work hard & sacrifice for your stomach to look like hers, period.

Right I am scared of fitness video’s that is filled to the bream with flaffing around…hate them.
The best video’s are reebok step (and I wish they would do a new one) and some of billy blanks video’s.
Her video doenst look too bad, though I bet there are some off putting moments in this video, however I suspect she works out a lot harder than what she is claiming in this video.

I am so late but…
All my life I’ve been a finicky eater. I don’t eat mayonnaise, really any condiment other than ketchup. I work out maybe once a week…go hard on the Cardio. The biggest thing is I don’t eat after 8-8:30…big mistake to eat then go to sleep…besides that…God is great!!!

What some people don’t realize is, in order to achieve a body like that you have it has to start mentally. You gotta want it! I workout 4 times a week, I drink plenty of water, cut out sodas, and take a multi vitamin plus other things. Oh and I’m a black woman! Not fat either!

In addition to my workout I watch my carb intake and eat healthy sesible meals. I don’t drink soda or snack past 10.
