This poor SOB doctor has no chance in Hell, and is wasting greenbacks on his lawyer. What’s next? Is he going to also sue for the return of his semen? Fat cells attributed to food he bought? Is she going to counterclaim for the value of sexual services provided? It is a huge waste, perhaps designed to cause the ex-wife financial AND kidney shutdown!

I’m a kidney donor, and this story really puzzels me. I donated a kidney to my mother who recently passed away. She was the best mother ever, and God do I miss my Mother Dearest, but the idea of asking for the kidney back because she wronged is insane. I empathized with the fello, but when you give up an organ, it’s not for compensation, well the compensation is extending someone’s life, and for the love of the person, not for money. Now, would I turn money down, absolutely not LOL, but no, my mother paid me in love, attention, time, devotion, and lessons, so her deed was paid. Trust me, this woman won’t get away with her infidelty, but he is not the one who will hold her accountable. She’ll see. As someone said, we don’t know everything that ocurred in this marriage, but we can all pretty much agree, asking for the kidney back and money is pretty dubious—from a donor perspective.
