There is no differentiation. One can’t act the other can’t sing. That’s why they are modeling Sean Jean clothing. Think about it. With all the professional models in the world why pick these two?
Is it just us, or all these broads beginning to look alike? Yes; they are. They’re all suc*****bing to the European ideal of beauty — hair that is straight and 16 feet long (regardless of how it may look, mind you, as long as it’s 16 feet long. It definitely, definitely must be long. No one is an individual thinker. People be knockin’ Badu and Andre 3000 but at least they are independent thinkers. These broads in the game today are the product of marketing and branding packages. Individuality is prolly frowned upon. Look the part or bounce! It’s not only long hair. It’s being bone thin. And of course it’s not about long “natural” hair. It’s about perpetuating the notion that we are not beautiful naturally, but tha we need to purchase things appendages to make us beautiful and valuable.
On a side note, this reminds me of what I saw this morning when I was on the train going to work. There was a woman in front me. ***** looked like a *****ing clown. Why? I’d say she was mid-40’s. So her hair, though mostly black, had sprinklings of gray. She had one of those pieces stuck on her head. The piece was brown with blond highlights. She looked like a goddamed fool.

I’m confused. Did you know that Kimora too wears weave all the time? You mentioned Kerry but not sure if you knew that Kimora wears weave. All that hair isn’t hers. Its kinda obvious, well to me it is. And you could tell too if you watch her show on the Style network. In one episode she has long hair and then at night her hair was short, in a ponytail. Kimora too just wasn’t born with long hair. Just cuz she’s half-asian doesn’t mean she was blessed with a full head of hair…
But I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wearing weave. I think it enhances a woman’s look – well if its styled correctly. And not everyone looks good with long hair, some people look cute with short hair or even bald. But if a girl looks pretty with long hair even if its weave, then so be it.
To all the people who thinks its wrong for black women to wear weave, what about women who wear micro braids? Does that mean their shallow too? Should C*****ie and Lauren wear braids in their hair to make everyone happy? And some people are acting like theres something wrong to be light-skinned. They can’t help it. No, it’s not smart. Most people of other races don’t know who C*****ie is and even fewer know who Lauren is, but more people know who Danity Kane are. He should’ve used have used one of the white girls from the group or another teen pop star like Jo-Jo or Britney Spear’s sister from Zoey 101 if he wanted a more broad appeal. He could’ve used Kat Deluna to appeal to Hispanics, because I don’t think Hispanic girls see themselves in C*****ie and Lauren. Being mixed race does not automatically make you appealing to all races. Who buys the clothes? Mostly black people, right? So say2 is right.
