Ignant Sh*t
Posted by Bossip Staff
We said a while ago that the currrent music game in general is garbage and we would showcase some artists.
Here is a little something to lean on, underground artist Dee-Nyce.
Topics: New Music

As positive as that message attempted to be, he simply couldn’t resist being homophobic just like the rest of the ignorant rappers. Nice try, but two thumbs DOWN. Way down.
damn
@Robert Jones…I guess that means you are gay…lol
I wonder who he’s trying to sound like?????????
LOL…Funny vid and positive message but change the name you biter b4 the original D-NICE of BDP sues your *****.
When will this thug culture finally gasp its last breath? Even this so-called “positive” song just reeks of thugism and ghettoism. These people and their music are contributing to the destruction of our community. We’ve given the world jazz, rock and roll, gospel, and R&B. Now we’re giving the world this ridiculous mess. SMH
Finally some real stuff to listen to I was tired of all the same ol crap!
@ Priorities…..I agree
@ keeping it real, just cause someone stands up against homophobia doesnt mean they’re gay….
This song is aight I give him an A for effort. He’s tryin’ to change the game.
It’s ignorant fools like you that help lead to the self-hatred of many African-American gays and lesbians. You’re sowing the seeds of your own destruction and are too stupid to realize it. The incidence of HIV and AIDS in the black gay community is astounding. By the age of 32, close to half of young black men who have sex with men are HIV positive. They are the only group in America that has HIV incidence rates that reach the level of sub-Saharan African countries. If we don’t find a way to tackle this problem in the black gay community it will certainly spread like wildfire into the entire black population. Pushing gay people into the closet, and imposing a thuggish, homophobic, macho male culture on young black boys, straight and gay, is only exacerbating the problems we face.
i feel yall (priorities, etc.) but damn give dude a break. It is a bit of fresh air on the real. I appreciate his song although I am a way bigger fan of the original “ignorant *****” by Hov so I wasnt too happy bout that. he basically followed that blueprint which wasnt that creative and Hov kinda hit some of those topics when he made the song. But I can appreciate the effort.
**sidenote: ok so i know i said give him a break but does anyone else feel like the Charger is the “ghetto” car of the 2000s?
This music makes the ministrel shows of the 19th and 20th centuries look good. If white dudes in black face presented this kind of music to the world, we’d clearly see how destructive it is to our community. Whether we are destroyed by whites or by blacks, we’re still destroyed.
Bossip says that the “current music game in general is garbage” and then highlights this song as something to “lean on.” Please! Let’s try to set higher standards and uplift our people. This ghetto buffoonery music is not cool.
….WOW…the “state” of America these days….You cant even begin to open your mouth and have an opinion anymore without someone ready to jump on your head with their political views and idealistic philosophies…..I have every right to agree or not agree with something. Its called a free expression of opinions…I dont agree with pedophiles, rapists, or murderers….and that’s my prerogative…the funny thing is….I didnt state my opinion one way or another on the subject of homosexuality….LOL…that just shows how people are ready to jump all over some *****….I mean people cant say anything at all without somebody somewhere getting offended….Halle Berry..(on the Jay Leno show)..after showing some distorted pictures of herself with a big nose…said…”Now I look like some of my Jewish cousins…Now every Jewish person in America wants to hang her off of that…give me a *****in break…it was a joke….Now she is a racist huh….LMAO!!….For the record…I dont agree with homosexuality….doesnt mean I go around bashing gays…just the way I feel…and I have EVERY RIGHT TO FEEL THAT WAY….so please people…relax…try not to take things so seriously….LOL….Im a black guy with slanted eyes…some people say I look..”*****ish”…now I guess every Asian in the world should be offended right….LOL….And to whomever is Shaking their heads at me…I CAN GIVE A FLYING *****…Now SMH at that…LOL
That video was on point. Thank you Dee Nyce!
SMH at Misplaced Priorities
When will this thug culture finally gasp its last breath? Even this so-called “positive” song just reeks of thugism and ghettoism. These people and their music are contributing to the destruction of our community. We’ve given the world jazz, rock and roll, gospel, and R&B. Now we’re giving the world this ridiculous mess. SMH
WTF is thugism and ghettoism?
anywway I’d alread seen this video a couple of times…but I’m having a hard time figuring out what the world wants from these hip hop artists
Bossip must think we’re as dumb as rocks. The ghetto fool singing this allegedly “positive” song somehow manages to criticize profanity, negative images of black females and other negative aspects of black ghetto culture, while at the same time cursing like crazy, showing provocatively dressed sexual women, hoodrat cars, flashy jewelry, a general thug pose, and blatant homophobia to top it off. Elevate your game bossip.
I think you Uncle Tom’s need to get put out the house man. This guy put together a good creative record that is attacking hiphop’s ignorance and challenges higher conversation and thought.
It amazes me how people fill up these blogs with ***** to say, but are silent when a noose is sent to professors, cops, hung in public, and most recently hung around the neck of the 2pac statue in Stone Mountain GA.
This is an organized effort of America’s eldest terrorist group….
THE KLAN… Now what you Uncle Tom’s gonna say.
That’s right tuck your tale between your legs, and 2 you Ms. Jones.
The Bible talks about crimes against GOD called sins and abominations.
Sin is a three letter word, and abomination is a 12 letter word. I think that automatically tells that one is worse than the other. More…
You need to realize that inversion of your sexual creation via sexual behavior is mockery of GOD who purposed you a male and therefore making you inclined by the laws of creation to the female.
There is a yoke around your head. A yoke of confusion. Your confused dude. So it doesn’t suprise me that your comments are not sound. Your not a sound thinker. THIS IS NOT GAY HATE JUST MY PERSONAL STANCE DIRECTED TO ME FROM GOD & IF U DONT KNOW THE TRUTH I’M GONNA TELL YA’LL
JESUS IS LORD
and as there were wars in the bible, this could be a war time.
Get your swords and be ready to head to the wall of Jericho my mighty men.
EZAYTHEREALEZAY, You did not just write that since “sin” is a three letter word and “abomination” is a 12 letter word that “automatically tells that one is worse than the other,” did you? SMH. By that logic, you’re either an “idiot” (5 letters) or “stupid” (6 letters). Since stupid has more letters than idiot, I’ll go with stupid. You’re unbelievably stupid!
i love it
I think the video and the concept was really good. He was showing clips of the women acting a fool. he wasnt glorifying it…listen to the words people
lol @ is this sarcasm
What was homophobic about that? Because he said the guys of I love NY were sweet? They’re on a show acting a fool to date a WOMAN and they’re gay. I think the point is how far people will go for the chance to degrade themselves on tv (they’ll even front on their sexuality).
Its interesting how, even as a young rapper tries to create a positive song that attacts all the negative aspects of rap, people still find a way to rip it apart. yes the song may have a few flaws, but overall it is a song that gets you thinkin and thats what it was meant to do. We just have a few ignorant bossip readers who cannot see that, and they’re probably part of the “m*****es” who continue to buy derogitory music. but on a better note, I congratulate this artist for going outside the norm of rap
Don’t fall for the old bait and switch technique “tx boi.” This buffoon thinks that he has to put out a “positive” song because that may be lucrative in today’s hip hop market. However, he also thinks that sex, profanity, violence and thuggery sells, so he needs to include that in his song and video as well.
So this buffoon’s business model is to criticize with words behavior he glorifies in his video. This video reminds me of a white dude accused of being a racist saying, “I don’t hate *****s.” It makes you go WTF.
I find it funny that so many people have selective hearing!! This video is simply mint to open your eyes yet so many people are still blinded by there own ignorance. SMH! The truth hurts, and after reading some of these comments it’s obviously hard for some of you to swallow! SMH
@ Keeping It Real
You said “@Robert Jones…I guess that means you are gay…lol”
1. Uh, why was that even worth mentioning?
2. What was so funny about it?
SMH.
This is to PRIORITIES. Thugism and Ghettoism?? Your jeans must be really really tight homie. LOL. But yea this song is about the ignorant ***** rappers talk about on their albums that people pay for. Hip Hop is losing its creativity because all these fake drug dealers talk about bull*****. Listen to any Dee-Nyce song and you won’t hear about how to sell crack or how much money he has. Theres more in the world than that and rap needs Dee-Nyce. Dee keep doing your thing son.
lol @ keeping it real!
Hands down this video message WILL get ya point across to the misguided youth, who don’t realize what they do and how they portray themselves to a society of critics… Regardless what these email thugs and haters write they can’t touch you—so KEEP IT COMIN!!!!!!!!!
NYC2U
To Rico, DAMN and CipHa:
This neighborhood is starting to get really ghetto all of a sudden. I think I’m going to move on.
*applauds @ CipHa* agree completely!
keep more comin’ bossip
1st of all I want to say thank you for the comments even the bad ones. Now I did this song to address some of the issues in my community.I am not homophobic and Im not a gay basher. I didnt make this song because it is lucrative to go against the grain. I am active duty military. I started doing music as a way to fight depression not for money! when my daughter was born it changed my whole view of the world. I started to see the world from the eyes of a young black female, and I didnt like what I saw so I made music for her so she can have options.unfortunately my daughter p*****ed away last september and I stopped writing. but I realized that her reason for being here was for me to change so now I use the talent she blessed me with help steer the youth in the right direction..thats all I apologize to those I have offended.
Dee Nyce.. u can get it
Personally, I don’t hate homosexuals, but I sure don’t agree with that lifestyle. Why is that ppl are trying get everyone to except lesbians and gays. I understand that hate crimes against homosexuals is totally wrong, but u should only preach that, not that the world has to accept you. To Christians, accepting something is like saying it’s okay. The more and more our society accepts something, the more kids are gonna feel like it’s right. PLEASE don’t start the I was born gay argument w/ me, cause we are all born w/ blank slates that are influenced by life experiences.
@ EZAYTHEREALEZAY I feel you, but God sees all sins equal. I learned this the hard way *****ociating abomination w/ homosexuality. Nowhere in the bible is abomination used with homosexuality, but still God doesn’t like it. Ppl just focus so hard on homosexuality, when they themselves sin. If u have sex before ur married, God views you the same way that he does a gay man. Which is why I don’t bash gays.
Also the song is being sarcastic thats why Im cursing on it.. listen to the words b4 you speak. I give back to the young black kids and it is rewarding and I enjoy it..Im no thug Im a family man. this video was to make a point and to change the way some people think..and I am happy to say I got a few emails from some young teens who have told me this song changed the way they look at things so my job here is done!! and all my music is positive and goes against the grain..why fit in when god created me to stand out…thank you bossip for showing me some love I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. My daughter would be turning 2 this friday and this is the best gift I could have givin her I know she is in heaven smiling down. thanks for the moment
HUH? oh….lol….bye!!
Bossip, how is this something to “lean on”? This guy raps about how bad profanity is, but then uses so much profanity it’s no joke. I want to here the “clean” version of this “positive” song. LMBAO
HUH? oh….lol….bye have a nice day!!
@ Dee Nyce you don’t have to apologize to close-minded ppl. I understood what the concept was. You can never make everybody happy! Keep doin ya thang!
DAMN, let’s use your logic on a group besides gays and lesbians.
Personally, I don’t hate [BLACKS], but I sure don’t agree with that lifestyle. Why is that ppl are trying get everyone to except [BLACKS]. I understand that hate crimes against [BLACKS] is totally wrong, but u should only preach that, not that the world has to accept you.
Now, do you understand how offensive and bizarre your comments are? Like Jesse, I’ll “keep hope alive.”
@ Dee-Nyce
I want to applaud you for your efforts and thought. I totally agree with this message and I am glad that you have seen the “Light” in today’s music and the state of our culture. I can’t believe the Million Man March was 10 years ago and we still listening to this misogynstic, self-hating,thoughtless music.
Some people jumped on you for the message being anti-gay,i guess they did not really listen. It was pure sarcasm in this song and the belief system we have in cars, money, profanity, sexual irresponsibility, thuggin.
America needs to see and know we ain’t about that
Nuff Respect to Dee-Nyce
Wow! I guess this song was over so many people’s heads that they really didnt see the message or what Dee-Nyce was saying! I think you all need to watch the video again & actually LISTEN to what he is saying! While he did show videos of chicks dancing etc, he was basically saying to women watch what you dance to because they’re disrespecting you in all of your favorite songs. He’s saying you listen to this type of watered down hip-hop around your kids and wonder why they’re bad as HELL! You people kill me with this self hate, so much so that you dont even recognize when someone is trying to show us what the problem with our music is and trying to change it. People are so quick to judge what they dont understand! Dee-Nyce I appreciate this song and completely understood what the entire meaning of it was! You owe no apology to these people who are quick to judge and hide behind large words and their computers and attack anything they don’t understand, and these same people who talk about the problems in our communities and do nothing but ***** and complain and turn their backs on the same community they say YOU exploit! I say unless you are out in the community trying to change it STFU! & stop acting like yall dont use profanity! & When did this become a discussion about homosexuality? Do ur thang Dee-Nyce we need more music like this!
@ “biting” fool, I don’t give a hot one what word you put in there. I am a Christian, therefore I don’t agree w/ homosexuality. period. point blank. Of course I offend some, but that comes with any stance that u take on any issue. I love everyone, but that doesn’t mean I accept what they do. I love family members, but I don’t agree w/ everything they do. So raise up off me!
Thank you for serving our country and my sympathy to you on the loss of your daughter. Also, congratulations on overcoming your depression by turning to music. That’s a well-known effective technique.
I made critical comments before regarding your song and video, but your posts have somewhat clarified the intent of your song. While your intent may be good, I feel that the message you sent in your video was mixed. Imagine a kid watching that video with the music down. Primarily you’d see booty-shaking, pimped out rides and other similar negative behavior. Even with the music playing you’d hear some of the very same profane language that you want kids to stop using.
We don’t have to get into the gutter to teach kids right from wrong. Kids need clear, strong messages. If any of the negative comments were difficult to take, I hope that you can see them as constructive criticism intended to send a message to the wider community that the negative aspects of hip-hop culture are contributing to the destruction of our community. We can and must do better.
You really are a damn fool. You call yourself a Christian yet you use profanity like the word “DAMN.” I guess that makes you a hypocritical, damn fool
You even call yourself “DAMN.” You can pick and choose whatever myths you want from the white man’s bible to support whatever ridiculous belief you want, but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re a DAMN fool. LMBAO.
So we complain about a music video showing popping and locking preschoolers, pimped out automobiles, scantily-clad women dancing provocatively, random attacks against gays, a bejeweled, thugged out looking rapper using profane lyrics, all in a video that’s alleged to be a “positive” message to our kids, and you have a problem? Please! Elevated Mind. LOL. Is that meant to be a joke?
@ To Dee-Nyce
You are the exact person I’m talking about in my previous message! What didnt you understand about the imagery the video was portraying, were you even listening to the words and the reason profanity was used? What are YOU doing to change our community? Who made you the spokesperson for how the black community should be? Sometimes you have to meet people where they are in order to help them… Answer me this, do you think this song would have a bigger impact on today’s youth given the words and the message that they would definately understand, or a pompus “African American” preaching to them about what they are doing wrong and how they are basically nothing… I speak to kids all the time in youth outreach programs hear in Chicago and beating them in the head with stuff they dont understand or care to hear will turn them away faster than actually showing them the way on their terms, not to say you should be ignorant and uneducated when trying to deter our youth from negative images, but actually giving them something they understand, like this song, to let them see the problem. It’s like putting a mirror to their faces, letting them see it for themselves. Preaching and down-talking is the quickest way to make things stay the way they are! Especially when you’re preaching and down-talking and are not doing a thing to help! I am proud to be black, no matter what, although I feel our community needs help, Im proud to say “I’m black” and enjoy ALL of our music! Again thank you Dee-Nyce!
Wow I am really going burn in hell for using the word DAMN. If I call myself DAMN, then I guess that makes u the DAMN FOOL according to ur logic. If ur life consists of the denial that homosexuality wrong, then that’s ur business. Accept it if u please it’s ur business. But I don’t have to prove anything to u about my beliefs. Do u determine my fate? Hmmmm…..I think not. Just b/c u worship the devil (because anything else other than Jesus is the devil’s plan to make His sheep stray) that’s ur business, but don’t try to demean my opinion. NOW, I will not take anymore of my precious time going back and forth w/ a fool. Good Day!!!
Whoever don’t understand his positive message is DUMB!! It’s as clear as day. There was nothing about this song that would make me think that he was homophobic or anything negative. I loved the song and the video because it made complete sense and it WAS a POSITIVE song unlike all these other pointless ***** rappers. If you don’t understand the song, either you didn’t listin to the lyrics or your just dumb as rocks. One or the other.
@ elevated mind?
Yes my mind IS elevated because I understood the reason for him showing those images, and also listened to the words! You are so hung up in what the video was showing that you didn’t care to hear the message! So I guess we can call you closed-minded… Thugged out?? Wow, I guess if he was in penny loafers, argyle socks, and a pink cashmere sweater you’d be happy! He is actually dressed according to current fashion trends! What’s “thugged out” about it, but I guess when YOU were young, u wore the previous mentioned attire and you didnt wear the latest fashion when ever you era was.. Give me a damn break! He said nothing at all demeaning gays, and as well to do people dont wear jewels, gtfoh! I see white women wear large rings and earrings etc, but I guess since they’re white that would be ok w/u…. You watch movies all the time that curse, show violence, etc and not a black face is on the picture, but you have NOOO problem w/ that! You sound crazy! The video of the little girl touched the exact nerve it should have with me what about you! If you listened to the words he was saying he said the current music got kids pop locking dropping while showing the girl, which was like I said before, it’s like holding a mirror to your face. Seeing that made me even more see the issues! & it made YOU more judgemental! The only joke on here is you! Because your mind isnt elevated enough to understand the message! Now get off me and go help the community the you are helping destroy by you judging everyone in it and not doing anything!
The song was on point. it speaks to what’s wrong with our black society today that little girl doing them stripper moves is a crying shame the mother needs her ***** beat. I bet you that kid can’t read or write but she knows to dance like a stripper later on that same mother is going to blame yt when her daughter becomes a teenager and start wilding out and social service has to get involved, then they further destroy the child in the process. we just make it too easy to set our children up to fail then look for someone else to blame. I’m not going to quibble on him using swears he’s reaching the mentally dead and ignorant on their level, giving it to them in their own language. maybe as they bop their heads it will dawn on them to do better and be *****ets to our race and not liability sigh…….. I can only hope and pray.
I liked this: ALOT OF THE N_WORD THOUGH. I give him credit for trying to put out a positive message.
you have to understand this..If a person cant read and the 1st thing you give them is a book you lose them 4ever..look at rap today if i would have done this video in a suit and said brother instead of ***** the kids would laugh at me..I wore the same clothes that they favorite rapper wears..I look the same and if you dont listen to the words you would think I talk the same to..but I dont I am a conscience rapper..who has been siting back and watching these rappers and being in the military you learn how to plan a successful attack..and this video was just that..and as far as those images i got all of them off of youtube the same site kids are on 24-7..and to the guy you said I’m biting D-Nice name…I dont think so..I think its an honor to rep using that name…I could call myself..gotti the black al capone but all those names were taken so I chose to rep the next generation with a hip hops legends name and not a convicted felon
who gives a ***** about his ‘positive’ message while at the same time degrading blacks. Why doesn’t he make a song about the 100000000 other images of sex and violence seen on a daily basis committed by whites. SMH
I liked it.
I liked it. It believe he got to his target audience.
SMH
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
STFU!! If it were for black women like you, all of our black men would be Gay or Bicurious or even worse Bryant Gumblish….AHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Aint NOTHIN’ like a dorkie black man. It’s worse in black than any other color lol. And yes, just because he is educated it doesn’t make him or black men like him a joke. I have a family full of educated black men that either graduated college or made a career in the military and not ALL of them are stiff squares. But none of them would be my type if we weren’ related ya dig?
Like I said, he had a target audience and I believe he hit it. I don’t want a THUG that I have to go and visit every weekend in the pen and spend all my time and money on, but I don’t want a SQUARE either….never that!!! There are a lot of black women between the ages of 21 and 35 looking for the same type of black man I am looking for. Someone between Bill Cosby(intellectually) and T.I.
WHERE ARE YOU GUYS LOL!!!
why do we have to speak of ourselves so harshly? where is this coming from? people are here saying such negative things about blacks knowing they do the exact same thing. oops I mean they just don’t do it in front of YT so they are “better” than blacks who just don’t give a ***** what YT thinks of them. SMH
On one hand, it woud seem like dee-nyce is degrading blacks and women, but on the other hand, it seems that his lyrics are directed towards people who do the things in the video for which he called brothas “*****s” and black women “hoes”.
but it seems like this post indicates the opposite…
this is Dee-Nyce
you have to understand this..If a person cant read and the 1st thing you give them is a book you lose them 4ever..look at rap today if i would have done this video in a suit and said brother instead of ***** the kids would laugh at me..I wore the same clothes that they favorite rapper wears..I look the same and if you dont listen to the words you would think I talk the same to..but I dont I am a conscience rapper..who has been siting back and watching these rappers and being in the military you learn how to plan a successful attack..and this video was just that..and as far as those images i got all of them off of youtube the same site kids are on 24-7..and to the guy you said I’m biting D-Nice name…I dont think so..I think its an honor to rep using that name…I could call myself..gotti the black al capone but all those names were taken so I chose to rep the next generation with a hip hops legends name and not a convicted felon
I think the brotha was calling those who portray themselves as ‘*****s’ just that, and women who portray themselves as ‘hoes’ just that.
Because you all know that grown people portray ignorant behaviors that costs lives.
Case in point, the young lady and her boyfriend shot after a robbery…..
I’m putting that video on my my*****e page.
@ Koon
homey you dont have a clue what type of artist I am you only heard this song.I have tons of songs and I go at the government the politicians I dont hold my tounge. I can see you havent been to my my*****e page..but for those who car I have a song dropping next week called racism still alive..and it goes harder than this song but with out the extra profanity…www.my*****e.com/dnyce911 or my*****e.com/deenycemixtape
Somebody should stick a “jet propelled” douche bottle up that funky ***** of thiers !!
that’ll hold em’ !
well, i hope so. i just prefer not to hear people degrading blacks based what Yt has told them to say, that’s all. Recognize, what our real issues and not what sounds good
also, what is do different about rap today other than the region.
didn’t mean to offend the artist, however, I saw you mentioned that you had other political songs that dealt with racism. Just as positive rap will not get airplay neither will songs callinng YT out. However, songs in which we degrade each other on how we behave will air and lead to discussions such as this where we will continue the degradation of each other while Yt laughs. See, we don’t control anything, especially media, so when we hear these stories that are supposed to be ” our issues”, who do you think puts them out there. They are more than happy to give you the floor, but only if you keep Yt’s name out of it.
@ Koon
I feel where you coming from. and I value you opinion but at the same time I have to attack the problem a different way..Im not the only conscience artist butlook at how they are pushed to the side for these ignorant dudes who are not helping the problem but maiking it worst.. check out this other link http://youtube.com/watch?v=XHwE_dwCwvA trust me I am versatile and I wanna help
I’m not sure if he could have been any more off beat than he was. And did I hear him rap something about kids learning foul language from other rappers songs? As a black man, and after hearing and seeing that video, I think I would prefer to be white today. That was the most ignorant thing I’ve seen in a while.
@ Is this Sarcasm?
I did write that to point out the difference in the biblical description of two categorizations of acts that are unlawful or non pleasing to GOD (Sins and Abominations) for the sake of simplification.
It is true, Fools scorn words of wisdom.
Don’t be foolish you had to understand that. Don’t embar***** yourself.
MUCH SUPPORT THIS ***** IS TIGHT
@ Oh F@ck That!!!
I feel the same way
I’m not sure they exists, not in the Bay Area
Bryant Gumblish….Cl*****ic
I dont want one of tem either
@ all the people who are to ignorant to see the message in this song
i just left a comment and then decided to read back on the comments other people left. this video and this song are getting alot of NEGATIVE feedback. i dont think people are watching it and listening to the words. If u were to really pay attention to it you would realize that he isnt glorifying the gangsta, hustla, hoochie lifestyle. My mom used to say that if u get offended by something that was in no way directed toward u….maybe u need to examine yourself.
Everyone has a mouth full of negative things to say about Dee yet how many of you are even attempting to do something for your community, your people, and the future of your children. let he with no sin cast the first stone.
now….
@Dee Nyce just from the short time i knew u i know that u are not only intelligent but u are also not afraid to say important things….even if they hit a nerve. i admire that about you and thats y i loved sitting listening to you do your music. i wish the people here that have all sorts of things they want you to correct could hear the rest of your music and see that u are one of the few artist that are consistant. and i wish all the folks that are offended by your take of homosexuality could hear the song u did about the Down Low men….hahaha
and just remember… no one like getting called out so with your style of music u gotta get used to folks being hateful.
@ me
dude you are a hater but keep it coming..off beat never that. @ Koon what is your suggestion regarding change? and what are you doing to bring about this change?
thank you DeeNyce. black people needed to here that.
Whoever doesn’t get that this song is positive a very ignorant and doesn’t understand the use of irony to make a point. Or maybe they just really like mainstream degrading hip-hop.
@ SHM. for all the things that come out of your mouth about building people up it sure doesnt make u look very consistant in your views when u refer to white people as YT. if u really have the heart to build people up and be positive u need to do that across the board. if ***** offends u so should YT and wetback….
continuous use of the word ***** didn’t help his case, also the sagging pants and thug like demeanor as well.
Jiggaman Jay-Z has song with same name that never made any album… think is was released on a mix tape about 3 yrs ago. This kid’s song bites SAME music/samples and he recites word for word some of Jigga’s verses on the hook. Ridiculous… I stopped listening so I won’t comment further. Get this garbage outta here.

@ DEE NYCE-
I HOPE YOU’RE NOT SERIOUSLY TRYING TO DEFEND YOUR SONG TO THESE PEOPLE! THESE ARE THE SAME FOLK WHO ***** AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MUSIC OF TODAY NOT HAVING A MESSAGE! some poeple, it seems, wont be happy until we’re all back rocking adidas jump suits, and break dancing and *****! the song is dope! it will definatley “get to” your target audience (which isnt in THIS blog!) as positive as the song is, i dont see how anyone would have a problem with it, but then again some of these people think JAY-Z is the greatest rapper alive! lol!! i dont know if these people are being *****holes on purpose or if they are idiots to the core, either way, ***** them! when they have their song posted ANYWHERE, then thier opinion would matter, until then, *****-EM!!
Yo for real the dude is fire!!!! You can hate it or love it whatever you do its only going to fuel the fire. Keep doing what you do cause I don’t know no on else that can.
Dee-Nyce
No disrespect to you but….
I’m old school… like Jay Z’s age… I’ve been listening to hip hop since… forever. I’m 37yo… hard for you to tell me much about hip hop. If you wanted to bill this song as a Jay Z remix then thats what you should have said UP FRONT. Sure.. lotsa rappers use other rappers lines… including Jay-Z, but.. you jacked the SAME track and jacked the SAME hooks and want credit for a positve message? C’mon brah. Now… I’m all about a positive message but you won’t get far rappin a big name rapper’s hooks over the same track. If you want to stand out.. do something original….. completely original to show off your “talent.” I’m not against you…. if fact I’m not a commercial hip hop guy… never have been. Underground hip hop in my opinion has always and will always be hip hop in it purest form. As soon as it goes commercial… the essence is lost. Rap music is what I love and I’ll support you for the art form. As for delivering a positive message.. well that great but it means more if you LIVE a postitive message in your community. Show a positive message IN ADDITION to what you are rappin about. Think about what you display in your videos…..
Peace bro… wish you the best.
Umm Why did he still D-Nice’s name. Taking out you suckas and you don’t know how I did it…….
LIke this one.. Recommend it at the site above
People need to hear this…if he takes out the “n” word and “sh-t”. This is for those in the game and those kids in the streets trying to be in the game…IT IS IGNORANT!!!
i saw this guy perform last night at the air lounge in oakland, and his live spoken word performance of this song was a lot better. he got this “positive message” across clearer. and he is FIONEEEE!!!!
@ K Jig yo you gotta be kiddin me do you honestly think this is the only song I have???? I am more original than any artist out there!!! you have no idea of the originality I display in my music..and as far as giving back I does that I volunteer to work with teens I do more than my part..you act like I pulled this song out my *****…oh please..and Jay is my favorite and he is not even original all the time..Im from the oldschool to so I know what real hip hop is and Ive been a fan from the begining..dont let the baby face fool you…@ DANA thanks…..I know but I love a good debate and I love the haters…I honestly thought it would be more
oh well………. and I have gotten so many emails from teenagers saying how this song changed the way they think…so ***** a grumpy as adult its to late to change them any way….they have been stuck in they ways far to long..some people like being slaaves…house ***** blues…house ***** views!!! sorry but the truth is suppose to hurt..and for the future read the damn comments b4 yall post your alot of this ***** was answered already
Yo Dee, remember when I told you this song was going to stir things up… This blog has went from talking about gays to young black women to super soak that hoe to house ***** blues. I think it’s serving its intended purpose.
@ all the haters
If you don’t listen to hip-hop (Common, Pharoe Monch, Talib Kweli, Mos Def)or aren’t of any african american descent than please keep your two cents to your damn self. Don’t be a critic on something you know little about. You don’t see Rico going on your tennis blogs and telling you that your pants are way to short. This topic doesn’t apply to you.
Rico you a fool man…tennis blogs lmao….but yea mission accomplished
First off I am going to tell a few of you band wagon folks to pump your brakes, There are no undertones of Gay hate and this work is not a degrading to blacks. Its more of a wake up and a shame on us work. Come on we clean up TV and Film by use black exploitation films and shows to slip truth in amongst the laughs, Think of this as super fly on wax, We are the joke, we made a celebrity out of Flava Flav and who remembers Chuck D, ask a 12 year old and he knows Flava Flav and then he like who’s Chuck D, That is the stupidity we promote and idolize. American Gangster will win Denzel an Oscar, because we’ll go see him play a drug dealer, but not a father like in John Q, And as for gay rapper’s, If Lil Wayne can promote the Down low brother image then I think he should be called out on it as he calls artist out for not being real or street. Not just try to go with Trina for six week to p***** of his manhood. Don’t hate on my boy for being honesty and content back to music, we need a KRS 1 vibe back in hip hop. Nyce ENT. Just gives the hip hop world a pulse one beat at a time.
Sounding like,
Okay I am tired of this stupid saying, Everyone’s voice is unique because of Timbre, so how can anyone sound like anyone else if you are talking swag, well everyone sports the same swag because someone thinks it’s tight. I could show you two paintings of Wrigley field but it doesn’t mean the artist was trying to paint like the other, got check the brushstrokes to see what makes the picture.
And with music got to listen to the content, tone, mid-tone, and background so if he trying to sound like another artist then we need to check the boy IQ if he that smart to make the beat or feel of the music copy other artist…Cause I heard tracks, freestyle, even drunken speeches and all are his sound, his swag. All and all kid you need to get your hearing checked,
Also to Koon I think you just not as gifted so you shooting my boy down….And if you hate on this the next one will be sure to hit you hard and make to realize that my boy is the truth.
Just cause one man woke up with a dream and was willing to help others you down him for going after it, I think Milton was right Paradise is lost, for us it is when we can kill the man reaching out with knowledge instead of violence, who are we… I wonder if the old folks were right we rather laugh at MLK in today’s times its amazing we can draw this much heat from trying to deliver a message.
@Keeping it Real “@Robert Jones…I guess that means you are gay…lol”
Sooo being anti-homophobic means you’re gay? I guess that makes me gay then, cuz I’m definitely anti-ignant ***** and this video was ignant.
@blah blah…you are deffinatly retarded ..because the video was hot..it showed the current state of rap music, and it was done in an excellent way..its funny how you watched the video and couldnt say anything positive…this video shines light on everything thats wrong with rap..keep it coming dee nyce.. I love the truth ..it hurt so good
I LIKE YOUR SPIN ON DIS TRACK BUT U BITIN JIGGA JAY Z ON DIS 1 FOREEL, (GOOGLE IGNORANT ***** BY JAY Z ,RARE TRACK) UR NOT ORIGINAL ,PLAYA!!
