A 7TH GRADER?!?!
California Middle School Student Arrested In Plot To Shoot 23 Classmates
A California middle school student has been admitted to a local hospital for evaluation after allegedly threatening to open fire on classmates in an email to a school administrator Friday.
Police took the 12-year-old into custody Saturday following the email threat against Twin Peaks Middle School in Poway, Calif., NBC San Diego reported.
The student, who referenced 3,000 rounds of ammunition in the note, had reportedly planned the mass shooting to take place on Monday, Feb. 11. Authorities seized numerous rifles and shotguns from the student’s home Saturday.
The 7th grader, who remains unidentified, threatened to shoot 23 classmates and a teacher, who told the local station that she struggled to understand why she was targeted.
“I kept asking myself, `Why me?’ Literally wracking my brain trying to figure out who it is,” the teacher, who wished to remain anonymous, said.
Authorities believe the child planned to act alone.
We’re glad that the cops got to this kid before he was able to pull this isht off. Hard to believe someone so young planned something so violent. SMFH
