Where Can You Find The Most Groupies?
Groupies have become an epidemic spreading across any venue where at least one millionaire will be. From All-Star weekend to the BET Awards, groupies converge like big booties moths to blinged out flames. With that said, here are the 10 events you’ll find the most groupies looking to get chosen for love.
1. BET Awards – Groupies always make that pilgrimage to LA right in time for the BET Awards every year. This also counts for the BET Hip-Hop awards.
2. All-Star Weekend – This past weekend was probably the most groupie-fied weekend of all time. James Harden had a blast.
3. Super Bowl Weekend – Football players need groupies too. And what better place than Super Bowl weekend, especially in cities like Miami and New Orleans.
4. Essence Fest – Every year, thousands of chicks flock to New Orleans to see if any baller will get them a ticket to the Super Dome to see Anita Baker. Fun times.
5. The Grammys – Every musician worth anything is in L.A. for the Grammys and every groupie you can think of will be there, too. It’s L.A. so of course they’ll be there anyway.
6. Rap Concerts. All Of Them. – Groupies love rappers. Of course they do. So any time a rapper performs there shall be tons of groupies looking for love.

7. Music Video Shoots – If groupies hear about a music video shoot then you best believe they’ll be there to see if they can get a close-up.
8. SXSW – SXSW is the biggest music festival in the country and it happens in Austin, TX. Musicians walk the streets and groupies are on the prowl. The thirst is real down there.
9. Summer Jam – So many rappers hit NY for the Summer Jam and the groupies are trying to get in the mix as well. SMH.
10. The Inauguration – Surprised? Look, there are plenty of guys who are claiming to be big-time professionals and politicians and groupies want those guys. Trust, they’re there.
