Producer Aaron Spelling created shows like 90210 so it makes sense that he would build a sprawling mansion in Beverly Hills. After Spelling’s death, his widow listed the property for $150 million and it eventually sold to 22 year old formula one heiress Petra Ecclestone for $85 million. She paid in cash. Tori Spelling’s childhood crib features 123 rooms and covers over 56,000 square feet. It’s the largest private home in Los Angeles.
