BRITNEY Spears is looking for p.r. representation, but she’s having a hard time finding someone willing to work with her. After Spears parted ways with Leslie Sloane Zelnik, she was using a publicity woman at her label, Jive Records – but she nees more help since she announced her split from Kevin Federline. “She is kind of a mess,” said an insider. “She won’t take anyone’s advice.”
