i feel if u are over 12 or 13 u know wrong from right and u should allready know about sex. in junior high organizations go to schools and teach them about stds and sex. she knew better. her age is no excuse. i’m young to and by elementry school i already knew about sex and the positions combined. ***** u hear about them in the music and u see them in the mags and on tv, internet, etc. she knew what she was doing and she choose to do it. the promblem i have with the boy is he should have never took advantage of the opprotunity if he knew about the the law and what can happen to him. but anyways i’m happy he is out. I hope he trys to continue his education.

@country girl-I agree with what you said except even though she was 15, was she forced to do it? She made her choice; Because she is so young I don’t think she understand the full consquences but she still made the decison, her decision.

It does not matter if she was white or black. What matters is that she was 15, and cannot legally consent to sex, oral or otherwise. We as parents, need to know the various laws of our states, and make sure that we teach our children. Wilson was an honors student. Five minutes of online research could have prevented this whole tragedy. I’m sure that there was a School Resource Officer, or some other adult that could have told him about the consent laws for GA, if he had taken the time to ask. We have kids handing out oral sex like candy because they believe that “it is not really sex”, or that they can’t get STD’s. When I was a teen, both oral and group sex were taboo. For certain, no one was around with a video camera to record it. Times have changed, and parents need to change too. We must talk to our children about sex. They need to know that pregnancy and disease are not the only risks they face. They may very well lose their freedom.
