Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are still playing hide-and-seek with the cameras on occasion when it comes to their coupled up status.

The two Hollyweirders reportedly started becoming friends with benefits sometime last summer when Ashton was still in the middle of his divorce from now ex-wife Demi Moore, but for some reason the two on-the-low love birds are continuing to  sneak around.

Mila and Ashton were recently spotted on a dinner date out in London, but even across the pond they still couldn’t avoid the paps.
