DeShawn you keep doing you and don’t let anyone make you feel bad for that. You are a christian, your light shined bright on that show. When I first started watching the show I Knew you were different. You didn’t get off into all that drama, you weren’t fake and you tried to keep the drama down. When you act Christ like you are seen as an out cast, don’t fit in, wierd, different, etc. etc. I admire you, I thought you gave the show a lot of class. I like NeNe, but I think her and Kim was way too dramatic along with Sheree. I pray that you keep on doing what you do and holding God high in your life.

I have watched all the housewives shows but DeShawn was hella boring. True you don’t have to act crazy to get ratings but she had no personality. Sheree didn’t act crazy but at least she brought out some kind of emotion out of you negative or positive.

She showed too much class. She was church going, a good wife and mother and was loaded (she and her husband). White media doesn’t want to show that. They will replace her with a damn fool. I gaurantee it. Deshawn, be happy.

Man Down! and Ms. K hit it right on the nose! DeShawne was hellaboring, and the show’s intent and purpose is meant to entertain. I don’t think anyone really believes that ANY of those chicks really stunt like that; but DeShawne amped up her “uppity” for the show, and it was not a good look. Let her be reminded that Mr. Snow is UNEMPLOYED, and no longer an NBA baller, so she may not want to keep that leased Benz in her future. I also hope she’s taking and English course since she’s continuing her studies. She has a problem with annunciating certain words!
Double *YAWN* to DeShawne! And I will be tuning in to see more shananigans next season!

@SMDH aka SEXY CHOCOLATE SYRUP SAUCE…I was asking myself the same question. But I know the why.

As I said in my last post…the producers of these shows know that the viewing public likes a lot of trashy ghetto acting, cussing every third word, cat fighting woman and they play on this and us like a fiddle. What’s the answer…let’s give them more shows like this.

That’s why people like New York, Keyshia Cole’s family, the Bad Girls and all those VH1 shows, just to name a few, are so popular.

If we stop looking at this garbage they would take all of them off the air in a minute, but they know that is not going to happen.

This has made me take a look at myself. I don’t watch a lot of these type of shows, but the few I do watch have me hooked.

I have decided to wean myself off of the shows I do watch and find something more constructive to do with my life in my spare time.

I think they should have kept her on the show as the “port in the storm”. She would have been the perfect one for the girls to come to for advice or comfort when their lives are spiraling out of control.

I am sure if they have told up to pump it up a bit she would have. She’s not the NeNe, Lisa or Sheree type but I believe she would have shown a bit more aggressiveness without losing her own personality if given the chance.

I guess if you don’t act like a freaking fool on TV the producers don’t want you. That’s what keeps the viewers each week and the money coming in and I can understand that.

It also says a lot about the viewing public state of mind.

Beautiful picture of her. I, for one, liked her and I will miss her.
