ve ended their search for a homeless man who is accused of attacking a waiter and biting off a chunk of his lip. Investigators have charged Carl Winston, better known as “Cyrus,” with aggravated battery disfigurement for the crime. Winston was booked into the Fulton County Jail Saturday. Police said he turned himself in after seeing himself on television.
