Keyshia Cole covers the December issue of Vibe magazine looking very refined as well as topless. Although we sniff a bit of Photoshop going on here, Keyshia looks really good, we just wish she wasn’t clutching on to that nice authentic rack so tightly. Keyshia, let them puppies go just a tad.

i agree, this cover is really bad. i don’t even feel like it is tastefully or glamorously done and i think it is a little inappropriate for the cover of Vibe. I am not sure the issue is so much about her going topless, because it seems like every woman in entertainment industry (there are some exceptions) these days regradless of race seems to need to go nude to sell themselves. Whether or not it’s exploitation has more to do with the reasons behind taking the pic then the pic itself. Nudity can either be empowering or disempowering. My only issue with the pic is that the title is “American Beauty,” and the fact that her hair is blonde and like someone else said airbrushed to look like Scarlett Johanson makes the pic not an affirmation of her unique beauty but a glorification of an ideal image of a woman who is almost always presented as white. This has been how it has been historically but I didn’t expect Vibe to co-sign.
