Usually when this happens, we sniff a reality show coming, but in this case that has already been done. Usher’s ex and the C of TLC, Chilli has started a new business designing bags. But it’s not your average handbag, it’s a bag with a big ass picture on it.
We’re not knocking her entrepreneur game, but those bags look wack as hell.

Her product makes no sense. They look like large gift bags. Gift bags are given to ANOTHER person. Why would someone else want a picture that is person TO ME? I don’t have any of THEIR personal or family portraits to put on the bag. So, it makes no sense!
Also, most people reuse gift bags and I can’t give a bag that was given to me to someone else with a picture of a person that they do not even know on it. In addition, most people buy gift bags from the “Dollar Store” for $1. Who is going to pay REAL money for a disposible bag?
I’m sorry, I like TLC, but this is just an all-around STUPID idea!!! A 1st grader can see that this is not a marketable idea—she OBVIOUSLY did not have a business plan for this one!

The bags are cute…a little pricey for my budget…but they look good…check out the site.
These bags are cute. Mommies would love carrying around photos of their kids or sweetheart. This would be a great gift to a friend, like a picture of you two vacationing or hanging out. The bags are a bit pricy though, but if you buying 400+ lace fronts, nice clothes, rocking coach bags (Ladies yall know how we do it), why not rock your kids or your man? Aren’t they worth it?

First of all this idea has been done before. I’ve seen it in department stores. Secondly, this ish is waaaaay overpriced. From the picture I really thought they were gift bags. Chilli, just do like other celebrities and open a clothing boutique or at least do something a little bit more innovative than this.

first of all this has already been done….british designer Anya Hindmarch did bags like these a couple years ago and they were a lot cuter. lol
in her defense … it’s not a new concept. she is selling photo bags – so you could get whatever photo that you wanted on it. not necessarily a person, could be anything – she just opted to get her son on it. i refuse to knock anyone’s hustle.

Yes you can get bags like this that are MUCH cheaper, they are also plastic type bags, or you have to provide your own bags. The reason that the cost is higher is because the bag is durable material that wont rip or tear and the hardware is Nickel which doesnt rust or tarnish, and the handles and seems are cover with leather.
FYI the way that they put the picture on makes it different from other places to. The picture is BAKED on so it is Clearer and detailed, doesnt rub off, crack, or fade, like the other mentioned cheaper bags.
