If you had reviewed your own clip, you will notice that Barack repeats the exact sentence that the Chief Justice first says. The confusion is that it was just too long and Barack needed him to say it back, the Chief Justice started feeding him the end of what he said thinking Barack had said the rest. Neither of them really messed up, they just both got a little lost. Today is a day to be proud of our country, not to pick fights and sides about small differences or discrepancies.
