Venus Williams launched UNESCO/Sony Ericsson womens leadership ad campaign in Spain looking a little ‘tired’. We know not everyone is into being glamorous but come on, babygirl could’ve at least ran a little gloss over them lips, or better yet some Carmex. And to think we thought she was trying to get sexy a lil bit.
She does offer a good message to young girls though, we will give her that.

Wow, are we all vain, insecure, or what? Now a woman has to always have make-up on? I wear very little make-up. Oil of Olay soap, a little powder on the nose and I am out the door. My skin is chrystal clear. I can’t stand to see a caked up chick with lines under her skin. I don’t think that she looks that bad. People need to get a reality check. What is the world coming to when every black woman has to be made up and weaved to look presentable?
I think that she looks nice. I don’t think she needs all of that lip gloss crap on. That is not atractive on people with big lips(not that her’s are that big.) Sometimes less is more. Some people look a hot mess with it on to me(greasy.)Somebody needs to tell a sister sometimes. I love her message and the fact that she doesn’t give a f-ck how others feel about her. I like the pixie do. She looks so Euro, right there. It’s chic, but yeah, she could use a little more make up. If I had an oval face like hers’ I would feel safe cutting my hair, but my face is round, and I don’t think it would look right on me.
