Michael Jackson was such an opiate junkie in 1993 that his buttocks were scarred and abscessed from needle marks, according to video testimony yesterday from his one-time physician.

Dr. Stuart Finkelstein, tour doctor for Jackson’s “Dangerous” concerts, recalled in a February deposition for the Jackson family’s suit against promoters AEG Live how he tried to give the King of Pop a shot of Demerol before a Bangkok concert.

“But his backside was so scarred and abscessed, I was afraid of erratic absorption,” Finkelstein said. “I figured it was not safe.

“He obviously had had multiple injections in his buttocks prior to arriving in Bangkok.

SMH. This is just gross. MJ obviously had some serious problems, it’s a damn shame he wasn’t able to address them in time.
