Child support is a court ordered mandate set up to force men to be responsible because they know if some men had an option they would just bounce. No MAN should feel he has met his obligation as a PARENT solely based on the fact he pays child support. That is a telltell sign of a trifling male! It makes about as much sense as buying a car and never getting it serviced. Yeah, you might be making the payments every month, but if you don’t take care of it and get it routinely serviced that car will break down on you when you need it the most. As far as the morning after pill, that only works within 72hrs of you KNOWING you are at risk of getting pregnant. If you don’t realize something is wrong until you’re late the MAP won’t help you then dumazz. Let this be a lesson for women to watch your seed so you don’t end up in this predicament. SMH

I think Eddie should be ahsmaed of himself. Parents don’t always get along and this is no excuse to not have a relationship with his daughter.

Eddie could have entrused a third party to intervene on his behalf while having visitation. He does not have to even speak to her. He could relate messages through email.

It is a disgrace how Eddie thinks that when Iris is older, she will be willing to start a relationship with a man who didn’t care to know her when she was a small child. Children grow resentful in the formulative years. It is a heavy burden on their mind when they know daddy didn’t love them enough to stick around.

Eddie seems to be enjoying his newfound freedom being a single man with no children to raise.

It’s like you ***** hos never heard of the “MORNING AFTER PILL”. At the risk of soundin’ old fashion, if you’re not in a stable marriage, you shouldn’t be carrying a baby to term without the ok from the man. Marquis, you are harsh but you have some valid points. I have two daughters, i tell them all the time that yes it takes two people to make a baby but the burden in on them to carry it. Now, as far as Eddy, i followed this story from it’s inception. Eddy said that Mel told him she had her tubes tied, after she announced that she was pregnant he had her followed and the private investigator took pic’s of her kissing guys in Hawaii. It was also reported that she asked him for $14 million and a mansion in Beverly Hills and she would go away.

The NBA, NFL, etc. has mandatory cl*****es for future players informing them of pitfalls e.g., gold diggers and various flim-flams. One story they always tell them is the story of a lady who kept the old condoms of a player she had sex with, she froze the condom and then proceeded to sale the sperm to other women who would inseminate themselves. The prominent players had to payout hundreds of thousand of dollars to keep this from becoming public. I agree that Ed should see the kid, but we don’t know the full story. Eddie has 8 kids but women still are calling him gay! He has been with some fine women for a man who likes to sword fight.

He can make arrangements to pick up and drop off that child without ever having to see Melanie. His triffling butt just doesn’t want to have anything to do with that little girl, which is just downright disgusting.

Mel B is crazy. Eddie is wrong for not being a part of his daughter’s life, but that does not change the fact that Mel B is nuts. I think she did set him up. And her fraud, woman-beating husband who claimed he was related to Harry Belafonte. I hope she doesn’t leave her girls alone with that man because he is crazy, too.

Every time I look at this Nugga, I see that Donkey from Shrek, Ah well, media I guess. Donkey.

I guess it’s better than seeing him bent over taking it, like he was in Delirious. That was never funny to me, nor was it a good look. I guess Johnny Gill was feeling that from the get go.

This is a sad situation that some kids are born into. But, this is nothing new. I know plenty of women that thought they were going to keep the man by having his child. Mel B is paid, this has nothing to do with money, this is about the man. I know I am going to get a lot of slack from women about my views but I see women run this game all the time. They know damm well they are nothing more than a jump off but they want to force themselves into being something more than that by having his child. Some men will step up to the plate and take responsibility, some men will not. Eddie is one that will not. He rather pay and stay away. Unfortunately, the children are left to suffer.
