The woman is in shape and healthy. I’m always amazed at the references to men when someone has low bodyfat and is in shape. Nothing manly about it. If that’s not your aesthetic, that’s fine, but doctors have said and will continue to say that exercise (weight training) and a good nutritional plan will beat this overweight epidemic we have in this country. She looks great.
