They say home is where the heart is, but for Kyosuke Himoru, home is where the Shaq was. The Japanese pop singer is selling the former Beverly Hills home of the Big Aristotle. Himoru, whose legal name is Osamu Teranishi, is looking to bank $9.495 million for the baller manse that he purchased from the basketball great and Los Angeles Lakers icon.

Much has changed since O’Neal sold the Shaq-sized 9,752-square-foot mansion in 2004 for $6.4 million. The decor has been redecorated in the mold of a pop star and the amenities updated. However, there are still a few remnants of the larger-than-life basketball icon that remain. Emblazoned in Boise State blue, Shaq’s backyard hardwood serves as a court-sized reminder that this was once the home of an NBA Most Valuable Player and the original Superman of Los Angeles.

The basketball court is just one of its many selling points. The celebrity property goes hard in the luxury goods department with a chef’s kitchen, elegant living and dining areas, and a back patio. Other highlights include a lower level dedicated to entertainment purposes that sports a state-of-the-art screening room with stadium seating, a game room and an elevator. Last but certainly not least, the home rounds out with a tennis court, an outdoor kitchen and a pool that overlooks the City of Lakers Fans.

Flip it a few times to see how the original “Superman” was living.
