Uh? Were you been at……….talent has nothing to do with how successful you are in the game. I love Amerie, but it seems like she’s been doing the come-back thing for a while.

Admiral…I saw Amerie years ago at a NJ Cheesecake factory and while she is a pretty woman, she is NOT drop-dead gorgeous — oh my GOD I can’t stop staring at her. I saw a non-famous sista in NY a few days prior to seeing Amerie who was absolutely stunning and would put Amerie to shame in the looks department — no lie.

Amerie has very good vocals. When I first heard her, she sounded a lot like Beyonce to me but much better and in control of her voice.

Amerie’s problem isn’t her looks, it’s the fact that her record company doesn’t know how to market her music because she generally comes up with very solid material.

I hope everything works out for her. I still listen to her 1st album.

I love Amerie I think her problem is she released the wrong sounds off her last album TOUCH. 1 THING was HOT, TOUCH was ok. I think after 1 THING she should of released NOT THE ONLY ONE and COME WIT ME. The video’s for 1 THING and TOUCH were dope but then she switched directors and did videos for TAKE CONTROL OF ME and GOTTA WORK which were not so good. Amerie as an artist have to make better choices. Once she does that she will be on top.
