-A simple flat-stomach trick of some kind
-An easy and fun workout routine
-An eating what you want diet
Basically, a diet of healthy recipes, portion control and exercise (possibly combined with breastfeeding) will help you shed the baby weight in no time.
Great to her Jessica is getting back into shape, but we seriously doubt that this photo is recent since she was just caught on camera less than 2 weeks ago and wasn’t this size at all, which is completely normal since she had just given birth less than a month ago.
