How can anyone pick sides? Either way they are both scared for life. What we need to do instead of playing the blame game is to embrace both of these youngs black teens. If the allegations are true, and Rihanna instigated the altercation, I can see why she caught a beatdown. If he is just a woman beater, he needs help and jail time.

I have to say that I’m more on Chris’s side than Ri Ri’s. The reason why is because many friends and family have come out of the woodwork saying that Rihanna was extremely physical with Chris and used to hit him frequently during arguments. Now before you all go saying that it doesn’t matter it’s not ok for him to beat on her, when have you EVER heard of him putting his hands on her in the year and a half they been together? As a human being at some point you are going to get sick and tired of being hit and eventually snap and hit back. I’m sorry but if I ever beat my man’s ass repeatedly i’m sure at some point he’s going to punch my ass back after tolerating it for a long time. You guys have to look at it from his perspective. It’s also not right for her to be beating on him, whether she’s a woman or not. On the flip side if he was gonna hit her he didn’t have to take it to that extreme. They’re also saying that she’s been contacting him since this happened, I believe she was insanely jealous, temperamental, and is now regretting this whole situation. I’m in Cali. I was listening to a guy who called in to a radio station this morning who said he was trying to explain this to his daughter who was a fan of both Chris and Rihanna.

I know Chris is finished, and Rihanna probably won’t be around for much longer either. They have both been tainted by this. And that is too bad because they both could have had long, successful careers. Chris had better get into some counseling ASAP, because I don’t see a bright future for him. Domestic Charges are a trip these days some folks I know got caught up in some foolishness because of how the “rules” are these days. I’m in no way condoning what happened and I think for anyone to try and do so is ridiculous.
