Kelly Rowland Covers Shape Magazine
R&B songstress Kelly Rowland is a sight for sore eyes on the latest cover of Shape Magazine.
Ms. Kelly was all smiles for the magazine’s October issue cover shoot with her infamous washboard abs and daddy long legs on full blast in two different workout-inspired get ups.
In addition to flaunting her toned torso, Kelly had a quick chat with the magazine where she dished on some of the workout secrets behind her bangin’ bawwwdy:

“I work out five or six times a week. I feel better, look better, sleep better….Being fit makes me feel sexy. Isn’t that everyone’s goal when they work out, to look good naked?”
“As I’m getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt. The other day, [my trainer] had me doing squats that were so hard I wanted to kill her. But my behind is getting higher and tighter. Exercise really does change your body.”
Sounds like Kelly definitely puts in work to stay looking like a million bucks.
You can check out her full spread and interview when the magazine’s October issue hits stores later on this week.
